Meditation (Week 17)-exam period

I am the kind of person who always incredibly nervous during the exam.It doesn’t matter if I study all day and all night and I feel alright before it but when I get the paper the wave of nervousness immediately hits me.

Yesterday I had an exam and I am happy to say that this time I didn’t feel the wave.I just took a deep breath and started to use my mind.I was able to think through what I saw and the answers slowly came to me.

I am very grateful for all the pleasant changes which I experience thanks to my new habit called meditation.
